• If you have forgotten your text password (or just want to change it) click on the "I've forgotten my password" link on the login page and follow the required authentication stages before changing your text password.
• If you have forgotten your ICONS password (or just want to change it), first enter your user id and text password on the first login page to get to the ICONS authentication page. Now click on the "I've forgotten my ICONS password" and follow the prompts to register a new ICONS password.
• If you have locked your account or cannot remember the answers to your challenge questions, please contact Help Desk on 13 88 84, option 2.

Your ICONS password is a sequence of three images chosen out of a set of nine. The first time you login you will be required to register a new password. When you do this remember that the order of the chosen icons is important.

Each time you login the same 9 images that were displayed during registration with will be shown in random order. Click on the three images in your password to login.

• Making a story that places the ICONS in sequence: "The bunny took the plane to go snowboarding".
• Make an acronym with the first letter of each ICONS: "(D)onkey (G)olf (M)onkey".
